The Who’s Who of Trees

Hobart City Council has a register of trees deemed beautiful, historic, old or rare. I located 10 very different trees, searched for their history, described and photographed them. The result is a fascinating perspective on Hobart’s trees from the time the muwinina people were sustained by Country, to the present day when streets and shops dominate the area.
